Galea Build researched potential development sites and undertook due diligence. Once completed they prepared a budget and proposal to ensure I was happy with the timelines/profit return before we commenced. Once approved, Galea Build organised the town planning, dealing with local council, industry professionals and looked after the whole construction process right through to sales and return of initial investment and profits.

As an investor, semi-retired and residing in another country, this is an ideal investment strategy for me. Working with a company that is extremely reliable and capable of driving the whole development process, with minimal input from myself, was of high importance. We approached Galea Build to build two townhouses. At the time, we were going to build one townhouse, sell it, then build the other townhouse and move into it – a process that would have taken two years.

After discussions with Leigh Galea, he offered a solution where we would enter into a joint venture agreement. This meant that we would supply the land, Galea Build was responsible for all construction and subdivision costs and, in return, we would retain one dwelling each.
